Incorrect THRIFT_VERSION in ThriftConfig.cmake

The line

set(THRIFT_VERSION ${thrift_VERSION})

uses "${}" style variables, but those don't get replaced by "configure_file()".

As a result, the variable is left unset after `find_package(thrift)`.
